Ingredients


  • 3 - 85g packages of strawberry jello (or any flavor of your choice)

  • 3-1/4 cups boiling water

  • 1 7g package of plain gelatin

  • 1 cup heavy cream (35% fat)


Directions:


  1. In a bowl, combine the strawberry jello powder and plain gelatin. Pour in the boiling water and whisk for at least 2 minutes, or until the powder is completely dissolved.


  2. Slowly pour in the heavy cream and whisk until the mixture is smooth.


  3. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Use a paper towel to wipe any excess oil so only a thin film remains.


  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan.


  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 6 hours or until the jello is completely firm.


  6. Use a sharp knife to slice into even squares. For a clean cut, dip the knife in warm water and wipe dry between each slice. Enjoy!
