Ingredients


• 1 cup nutritional yeast

• 2 tablespoon onion powder

• 1-½ tablespoon garlic powder

• 1 tablespoon dried parsley

• ½ teaspoon dried thyme

• 1 teaspoon turmeric

• 1 teaspoon black pepper

• 1-½ teaspoon salt (optional)

• 2 teaspoons salt-free bouillon powder (optional)


Directions:


  1. In a food processor or blender, add in nutritional yeast, onion powder, garlic powder, dried parsley, dried thyme, turmeric, black pepper, salt-free bouillon powder (if using), and salt (if using).


  2. Pulse the mixture until you achieve a fine, uniform powder.


  3. Transfer the powder to a completely dry, airtight container. Store in a cool, dark pantry or the refrigerator.


  4. The mixture will last 3-6 months in the pantry and 6-12 months in the fridge.


How to use:
  1. Mix 1 teaspoon of bullion powder with 1 cup of hot water to make broth.
