Bake time: 30 minutes


Ingredients


  • Large Sweet Potato

  • Salt

  • Cinnamon


Directions:


  1. Preheat the oven to 425F.


  2. Wash and dry the sweet potato thoroughly.


  3. Slice the sweet potato across the width about 1/2 inch thickness. It should look like round coins.


  4. Place each individual sweet potato slices onto the prepared baking sheet lined with aluminum and parchment paper.


  5. Spray cooking spray on the potatoes and season with salt and cinnamon.


  6. Bake for 30 minutes and allow them to cool before serving. Enjoy!
