Ingredients
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded gouda or parmesan
1 tbsp jarlic or minced garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
A few dashes Frank’s RedHot (or hot sauce of choice)
1 tsp honey
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375F.
Chop the artichokes hearts.
In a bowl, mix together the artichoke, mayonnaise, minced garlic, black pepper, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, shredded mozzarella, shredded gouda, and honey.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
Top with extra shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes, then broil for 1 minute to give the edges a golden, toasty finish.
Serve hot with tortilla chips, baguette slices, crackers, or fresh veggies.
