Ingredients
4 small cans of tuna drained (3.5 ounce cans)
1/3-1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1-2 tablespoons pickle juice
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
Salt + black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions:
In a bowl, add the tuna and flake it gently with a fork. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk the mayonnaise, mustard, and pickle juice until combined. Add dried parsley, dried dill, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together.
Pour the dressing over the tuna and gently fold it together using a spatula until evenly coated.
Fold in the diced red onion.
Spread the tuna salad on your choice of bread or crackers. Enjoy!
