Ingredients
Sweet Potatoes
Olive oil
Salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Wash, scrub, and dry the sweet potatoes.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the sweet potatoes on it.
Use a fork or knife to poke holes all over each sweet potatoes.
Drizzle the sweet potatoes with olive oil and rub to evenly coat the skins.
Sprinkle salt evenly on both sides of each potato.
Bake for 45 minutes to 60 minutes, or until fork-tender.
Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Slice the sweet potatoes lengthwise and add butter, or your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
