Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp salted butter
Directions:
On a stovetop over medium-low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, butter, and sifted cocoa powder. Mix it all together with a spatula.
Keep stirring and watch closely to prevent burning. Cook until the mixture thickens and becomes glossy. It's ready when you can spread the mixture down the pot and it does not run back together.
Place the mixture on a plate, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or until firm and set.
Prepare bowls of shredded coconut, finely chopped almonds, or any topping of your choice.
Remove from the fridge and scoop a portion of the mixture, roll it into a ball, then roll it in the toppings you prepared.
Tip: Lightly grease your hands with non-stick spray before rolling.
Place on a serving tray and enjoy!
