Bake time: 17 Minutes
Ingredients
9 cheese slices
2/3 cup of softened butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 package of Hawaiian rolls
Directions:
Cut each Hawaiian roll vertically into 3 slices.
In a bowl, mix together room temperature butter and garlic powder to form a paste. Spread evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place each bread slice butter side down on the baking sheet.
Add your desired amount of cheese on top of each bread slice, then place another slice of bread on top to create mini sandwiches.
Place a second sheet of parchment paper on top of the sandwiches. Then place another baking sheet on top to gently press and flatten the sandwiches.
Bake at 350F for 17 minutes. Then broil for 45 seconds until golden and crispy.
Serve warm with soup or enjoy on its own.
