Serves: 4-6

Ingredients
1 cup quick oats (not instant)
1-3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup bread flour or all purpose flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cup carbonated water
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the oats, flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and brown sugar.
Gradually pour in the carbonated water into the bowl and stir until the mixture is well combined.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan that has been greased with non stick spray.
Preheat the oven to 400F and bake for 45 minutes.
Once baked, let the loaf rest in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer the loaf to a cooling rack. Cover loosely with a clean tea towel and let it cool for at least 45 minutes.
Slice and serve warm with butter. Enjoy!
