Serves: 4-6

Prep time: 15 Minutes

Bake time: None

Ingredients:

• 1-1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

• 1/2 cup butter

• 3 tablespoons honey

• 150g digestive biscuits (roughly crushed) or graham crackers

• 1-1/2 cups mini marshmallows

• 1 cup Maltesers

Directions:

  1. Lightly grease each cavity of a muffin pan with non-stick spray.

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips, honey and butter. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each, until the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool for 5-7 minutes.

  3. In a separate bowl, break the digestive biscuits into small, bite-sized pieces. Add the Maltesers and marshmallows, then toss to combine.

  4. Pour the cooled chocolate over the add-ins in a large bowl. Gently fold everything together until all pieces are evenly coated.

  5. Using a large scoop, fill each muffin cavity with the mixture and top with sprinkles.

  6. Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator for 2 hours, or until the treats are completely firm.

  7. Carefully remove each treat from the cavities and enjoy!
