Prep time: 25 Minutes

Bake time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 2-1/4 cups flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2-1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Caramilk Hershey Chocolates

  • Mini Aero chocolate bars

  • Rolo chocolates

  • Reese Cups

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar for 3-4 minutes until light and fluffy.

  2. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, then mix until combined.

  3. Add the flour, salt and baking soda. Mix until combined- do not over mix.

  4. Mix the chocolate chips into the batter.

  5. Scoop the dough, roll it into balls with your hands, and then roll it in the sprinkles.

  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the cookie dough balls on the sheet. Space them about 2 inches apart.

  7. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden but the centers are soft.

  8. Remove from the oven and quickly place the mini chocolate bars on top of the hot cookies. Gently press them down.

  9. Let them sit in the pan for 10-15 minutes until firm. Transfer to a cooling rack and allow them to cool completely. Enjoy this treat!
