Serves: 4 (depends on apple)
Prep time: 15 Minutes
Bake time: None
Ingredients
1 large honey crisp apple
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Homemade caramel sauce
Flaky salt
Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a microwavable bowl, combine chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring in between until melted and smooth.
Slice apples into thick rounds, about 1/2 inch each. Remove seeds an crave hole at the center of each slice.
Insert wooden skewers into the bottom of each apple slice to make a "lollipop".
Dip each apple slice into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off, then place on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle caramel sauce over each chocolate - covered apple slice.
Place in the freezer for 45 minutes to firm the chocolate.
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
