Ingredients


  • 3 cups dry milk powder

  • 1-1/4 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 4 teaspoons cornstarch

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Grated milk chocolate (100g bar size)


Directions:


  1. In a bowl, whisk the dry milk powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, granulated sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt together until combined.


  2. Add in grated milk chocolate and fold it into the mixture.


  3. Funnel the mixture into a large food-safe mason jar. It will last in the pantry up to 6 months.


  4. To make hot chocolate: Warm the milk and pour it into a mug. Add in the hot cocoa mix and stir until combined. Top with mini marshmallows and enjoy!

    Note: For 1 cup of milk, add 2 tablespoons of hot cocoa mix.
