Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2-1/2 cup water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the flour and continuously whisk for about 7 minutes, until the mixture becomes a golden brown.
Whisk in the paprika and onion powder.
Pour carefully the water (it may steam), whisking constantly to avoid lumps.
Add the chicken and beef bouillon cubes. Continue to whisk for about 12 minutes, until the gravy begins to bubble. Be sure to keep stirring so it does not burn or stick to the bottom.
Once it starts bubbling, keep whisking for about a minute until it thickens.
Remove from heat and serve warm. Enjoy!
