Serves: 4-6

Bake time: 45 Minutes
Ingredients:
• 5 lbs russet potatoes, cut into small pieces
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoons paprika
• 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic & onion seasoning
• 2 teaspoons chicken knorr powder (salt free)
• 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Direction:
Preheat the oven to 425F.
Rinse and cut the potatoes into small cubes. Place them into a large bowl.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease with olive oil.
Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes in the bowl.
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic & onion, and chicken Knorr powder.
Toss the potatoes so everything is evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through. Optional: broil for 5 minutes at the for extra crispiness.
Serve warm and enjoy!
