Ingredients


  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed

  • • 2 large eggs

  • • ¼ cup milk

  • • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • • ½ cup peanut butter

  • • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • • ¾ cup granulated sugar

  • • ½ cup brown sugar

  • • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Directions:


  1. On a plate, mash the bananas and set aside.


  2. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Then whisk in the creamy peanut butter until smooth.


  3. Add the mashed bananas and whisk until fully combined.


  4. Add in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon to the wet ingredients. Whisk everything together until combined - do not over mix.


  5. Pour the batter into a loaf pan that is well greased with non-stick spray.


  6. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 1 Hour and 10 Minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.


  7. Leave the loaf in the pan for 30 minutes, then transfer it to a cooling rack and let it cool completely.


  8. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
