Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup buttermilk
4 tablespoons olive oil + more for greasing pan
1 tablespoon honey
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Create a well in the center using your hands. Add buttermilk, olive oil, and honey.
Gently with your hands swirl the center and carefully incorporate the dry ingredients until a dough forms. Fold the dough 7-8 times and create a disk.
Grease a pizza pan with olive oil. Place the dough in the center and slowly stretch it into a 12 inch circle.
Brush the dough lightly with olive oil. Spread pizza sauce evenly, then season with oregano and black pepper. Add mozzarella, pepperoni, and any toppings of your choice.
Preheat the oven to 425F and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
Let the pizza to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
