Ingredients
2-8oz packages cream cheese at room temperature
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 can strawberry pie filling
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk together the cream cheese and powdered sugar. Then, add in the heavy cream and vanilla extract. Whisk for 2 minutes until everything is well combined and smooth.
Pour the filling into a serving dish and spread evenly with a spatula.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Top with strawberry pie filling and carefully spread it evenly. Serve with graham crackers or fruit. Enjoy!
