Ingredients
2 cups raw pecan halves
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons honey/maple syrup OR 4 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325F.
In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract until a paste forms.
Toss the pecans in the mixture and evenly coat.
Spread the coated pecans on a baking sheet that is lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 minutes. Every 5 minutes of baking, toss and spread the pecans.
Store in a food safe container.
