Ingredients:


  • 2-1/3 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1-3/4 cups sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil

  • 1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup milk


Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).


  2. Line your muffin panĀ with muffin liners. (The liners I use are linked in my Amazon storefront.)


  3. In a bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredientsĀ (flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt).


  4. In a separate large bowl, whisk sugars, eggs, and vanillaĀ for 2 minutesĀ until pale and fluffy.


  5. Add Greek yogurt, oil, and milk, then whisk until smooth.


  6. Gradually whisk in the dry ingredientsĀ until well combined.


  7. Fold in the chocolate chipsĀ until evenly distributed.


  8. Fill muffin liners 3/4 fullĀ and optionally sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top for decoration.


  9. Bake until golden on topĀ and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.Ā Baking time may vary depending on muffin size.


  10. Let cool slightly and enjoy!


Pro Tip:Ā For extra chocolatey muffins, use a mix of mini and regular chocolate chips!
