Bake time: 30 Minutes


Ingredients


  • 2 cups lemon curd or lemon filling

  • 1 box angel food cake

  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)


Directions:


  1. If using a mix, cook the lemon curd according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool for 30 minutes. If using lemon filling, skip this step.


  2. In a bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and lemon curd. Mix until fully blended and smooth.


  3. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenly.


  4. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes or, until the top is golden brown.


  5. Let the cake cool in the pan for 20 minutes.


  6. Dust with powdered sugar, slice into squares, and enjoy!
