Serves: 8-10
Prep time: 20 Minutes
Bake time: 10-14 Minutes
Ingredients
2-2/3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup softened salted butter, room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs + 2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1-1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup Easter sprinkles
1-1/4 cups Easter M&M's
Directions:
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until fully combined.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Add in the eggs and mix until combined.
Using a spatula, gently fold the sprinkles, white chocolate chips, and m&m's until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop onto the sheet, spacing them about 3 per row to allow for spreading.
Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown but the center looks slightly soft.
Let the cookies rest on the baking sheet for 5 minutes to firm up before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
