Ingredients


  • 2 small flour tortilla

  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Pepperoni slices

  • Italian seasoning

  • Ranch sauce


Directions:


  1. Spread ranch sauce evenly over one tortilla.


  2. Heat a frying pan on medium heat, then place the tortilla (sauce side up) on the pan.


  3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and season with Italian seasoning.


  4. Add pepperoni slices on top of the mozzarella cheese.


  5. Add an extra sprinkle of mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni.


  6. Drizzle a little more ranch sauce on top.


  7. Place another tortilla on top. Cook until the bottom becomes golden, then flip carefully to toast the other side.


  8. Once both sides are golden and crispy, slice the tortilla pizza into quarters and enjoy!
