Ingredients: 

• 1 ripe banana

• 3 scoops vanilla ice cream

• Fudge sauce, to taste

• Toasted chopped pecans, for garnish

• 3 maraschino cherries

• Whipped cream (½ cup heavy cream + 2 teaspoons powdered sugar)

• Macerated strawberries (1/2 pound strawberries + 1 tablespoon sugar)

Directions:

1. Chop strawberries in half and add sugar. Set aside in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

   
   

2. In a serving dish, place 3 scoops of vanilla ice cream in the center.

   
   

3. Slice a banana in half and place on either side of the ice cream.

   
   

4. Drizzle fudge sauce over the banana and ice cream.

   
   

5. Swirl homemade whipped cream over each ice cream scoop.

   
   

6. Garnish with the macerated strawberries and chopped pecans.

   
   

7. Top each whipped cream swirl with a maraschino cherry. Enjoy!
