Ingredients
2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
3 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt, at room temperature
3 large eggs, at room temperature
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 can sweetened condensed milk (300ml)
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Cinnamon sugar:
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
In a bowl, mix together cinnamon and sugar.
Grease and line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
Spread half of the cinnamon sugar onto the bottom of the pan.
Place a layer of Pillsbury crescent rolls on top of the cinnamon sugar. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add in the eggs and mix just until combined.
Gently pour the cream cheese filling on top of the crescent roll layer. Use a spatula to spread evenly.
Gently add another layer of Pillsbury crescent rolls on top of the filling. Sprinkle the remaining of the cinnamon sugar on the top.
Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 45 minutes. Let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Then, place in the fridge for 4-6 hours to completely cool.
Serve each slice with a drizzle of sweetened condensed milk and chopped strawberries. Enjoy!
