Ingredients
1-9 inch pie shell
1-15oz can pumpkin puree
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk (300ml)
1-1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 large eggs
Directions:
Prepare a pie curst (homemade or store bought)
In a mixing bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt until smooth and well combined.
Pour the filling inside the prepared pie crust and spread evenly with a spatula.
Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Let the pie sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.
Serve each slice with whipped cream and enjoy!
