Serves: 6-8

Ingredients


  • 2 cups hot milk

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

  • 2 packages strawberry Jell-O (85g each box)


Garnish:
  • strawberries

  • shredded white chocolate


Directions:


  1. In a saucepan over low-medium heat, continuously stir the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer. Once it starts to simmer, remove from heat and let is sit for 5 minutes.


  2. Whisk the Jell-O powder into the warm milk until fully dissolved. Then pour the mixture into a mixing bowl. Add in the heavy cream and sweetened condensed milk and whisk everything together for 4 minutes, until smooth and well combined.


  3. Lightly grease a Jell-O mold or bundt pan with vegetable oil. Pour the mixture into the mold.


  4. Cover with a lid or aluminum foil and place in the refrigerator for 6 hours, or until it is fully set and firm to the touch.


  5. To serve, gently Invert the mold onto a serving dish. Garnish with shredded chocolate and add sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
