Ingredients
1-2 ripe bananas
1 recipe of birds custard
Homemade dark caramel sauce
Directions:
Slice your bananas into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
In a parfait serving dish, add a layer of banana slices to cover the bottom.
Drizzle dark caramel sauce over the bananas, then add a layer of custard. Sprinkle lightly cinnamon on the custard.
Repeat the layering process until the dish is full.
Finish with a layer of custard on top, a few banana slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
