Ingredients


  • 1-2 ripe bananas

  • 1 recipe of birds custard

  • Homemade dark caramel sauce


Directions:

  1. Slice your bananas into 1/2 inch thick pieces.


  2. In a parfait serving dish, add a layer of banana slices to cover the bottom.


  3. Drizzle dark caramel sauce over the bananas, then add a layer of custard. Sprinkle lightly cinnamon on the custard.


  4. Repeat the layering process until the dish is full.


  5. Finish with a layer of custard on top, a few banana slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!
