Ingredients

• 3 boxes strawberry Jell-O (85g each)

• 2 cups boiling water

• 2 cups cold filtered water

• 1 can fruit salad


Topping:

• whipped cream

• maraschino cherries


Directions:


  1. In a bowl, add in the strawberry Jell-O powder. Pour the boiling water and whisk until completely dissolved. Then add in the cold water and whisk again until fully combined.


  2. Using a Jell-O mold or a Bundt cake pan that has been lightly greased with vegetable oil, slowly pour in the Jell-O mixture.


  3. Drain the canned fruit salad to remove excess liquid. Evenly distribute the fruit into the Jell-O mixture.


  4. Cover the mold and refrigerate for 4-6 hours, or overnight for the best results.


  5. Invert onto a serving dish. Garnish with whipped cream and maraschino cherries. Enjoy!
