Ingredients


• 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted

• 1/4 cup powdered sugar

• 4-1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder


Directions:


  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the coconut oil. Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds, or until completely melted.


  2. In a bowl, sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar into the melted coconut oil. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.


  3. Optional: Customize the chocolate with any add ins like nuts, sea salt, coconut, dried fruit, Rice Kripsies etc.


  4. Place the chocolate molds on a baking sheet. Fill each mold about 3/4 full with the chocolate mixture. Sprinkle any toppings on top if desired.


  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, or place in the freezer for 20 minutes until the bars are firm.


  6. Once firm, gently remove the chocolate bars from the molds. Enjoy!
