Ingredients


  • 2 frozen chopped bananas

  • 5 tablespoons milk or coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 2 tablespoon chocolate chip


Directions:


  1. In a food processor or blender, blend the frozen sliced bananas, cocoa powder, milk, honey, and peanut butter until creamy and smooth.


  2. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe pan or container. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly on top.


  3. Freeze for a minimum 2 hours, or until firm.


  4. Before serving, allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to soften slightly. Scoop into cones or bowls. Enjoy!
