Ingredients
9x9-inch baked Yorkshire pudding
2 cups whipped heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 pack strawberries
1 pack raspberries
Directions:
Bake a Yorkshire Pudding and allow it to completely cool.
In a bowl, whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar until firm peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream evenly over the Yorkshire Pudding using a spatula.
Top with strawberries and raspberries (or any fruit of your choice).
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Slice, serve and enjoy!
