Ingredients


  • 9x9-inch baked Yorkshire pudding

  • 2 cups whipped heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 1 pack strawberries

  • 1 pack raspberries


Directions:


  1. Bake a Yorkshire Pudding and allow it to completely cool.


  2. In a bowl, whisk the heavy cream and powdered sugar until firm peaks form.


  3. Spread the whipped cream evenly over the Yorkshire Pudding using a spatula.


  4. Top with strawberries and raspberries (or any fruit of your choice).


  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.


  6. Slice, serve and enjoy!
