Ingredients


  • 1- 9 inch graham cracker pie crust

  • 2 packages of instant vanilla pudding (total of 8 servings = 204g)

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1-1/3 cups eggnog

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar


Topping:
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream whipped with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar

  • a dash of nutmeg


Directions:


  1. In a large bowl, whisk the eggnog, milk, vanilla pudding, cinnamon, and nutmeg together until a thick consistency forms.


  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and icing sugar to form whipped cream. Fold the whipped cream into the eggnog batter - do not over mix.


  3. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust and evenly spread it.


  4. Place in the refrigerator for a minimum 6 hours, or until the pie is completely firm and set.


  5. Top with homemade whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg. Enjoy!
