Ingredients
1- 9 inch graham cracker pie crust
2 packages of instant vanilla pudding (total of 8 servings = 204g)
1/4 cup milk
1-1/3 cups eggnog
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup heavy cream whipped with 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
Topping:
3/4 cup heavy cream whipped with 2 tablespoons of icing sugar
a dash of nutmeg
Directions:
In a large bowl, whisk the eggnog, milk, vanilla pudding, cinnamon, and nutmeg together until a thick consistency forms.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and icing sugar to form whipped cream. Fold the whipped cream into the eggnog batter - do not over mix.
Pour the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust and evenly spread it.
Place in the refrigerator for a minimum 6 hours, or until the pie is completely firm and set.
Top with homemade whipped cream and a dusting of nutmeg. Enjoy!
