Ingredients


  • 6 cups of Rice Krispies cereal

  • 600 grams of mini marshmallows

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

  • 3/4 cup of additional mini marshmallows

  • 1 tablespoon of sprinkles


Directions:


  1. Grease a 9x13 inch pan with non-stick spray or butter.


  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.


  3. Pour the marshmallows in and stir until completely melted and smooth.


  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.


  5. Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated and all mixed together.


  6. Add the rest of the reserved mini marshmallows and stir until combined, not melted.


  7. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan. Use a wooden spoon to press it down and evenly spread.


  8. Sprinkle with your choice of toppings. My recipe has sprinkles.


  9. Allow it to cool, then cut into squares. Enjoy!
