Ingredients


  • 1 jalapeno finely diced

  • 1/2 of a red onion finely diced

  • A bunch of cilantro, finely chopped

  • 3 mini cucumbers or 1/2 an English cucumber, diced

  • 1 tomato without seeds, finely chopped

  • Juice of 2 limes

  • 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 - 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Directions:


  1. Chop and dice all the vegetables needed.


  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped yellow peppers, cucumbers, tomato, cilantro, jalapenos, and red onion.


  3. Add the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, lime juice and olive oil. Mix everything together using a large spoon until well combined.


  4. Enjoy!
