Ingredients


  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt

  • 5 tablespoons sugar

  • 3/4 cup half & half cream

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed

  • 1/2 pound fresh strawberries finely chopped

  • 3/4 cup melted chocolate (optional)


Directions:


  1. Add the chopped strawberries in Popsicle molds, filling them about 2/3 full.


  2. In a bowl, whisk the mashed bananas, vanilla yogurt, sugar and milk together until well combined.


  3. Pour the mixture into a measuring cup with a spout, then carefully fill each mold with mixture.


  4. Use a knife to gently stir the contents of each mold to help the mixture distribute evenly.


  5. Place in the freezer for minimum 6 hours, or overnight for best results.


  6. When ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles.

  7. Optional: Dip the tops in melted chocolate and let it set. Enjoy!
