Ingredients
1 cup vanilla yogurt
5 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup half & half cream
2 ripe bananas mashed
1/2 pound fresh strawberries finely chopped
3/4 cup melted chocolate (optional)
Directions:
Add the chopped strawberries in Popsicle molds, filling them about 2/3 full.
In a bowl, whisk the mashed bananas, vanilla yogurt, sugar and milk together until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a measuring cup with a spout, then carefully fill each mold with mixture.
Use a knife to gently stir the contents of each mold to help the mixture distribute evenly.
Place in the freezer for minimum 6 hours, or overnight for best results.
When ready to serve, run the molds under warm water to loosen the popsicles.
Optional: Dip the tops in melted chocolate and let it set. Enjoy!
