Ingredients
• 10 green olives
• 125 g mortadella (approx. 7 slices)
• 150 g Genoa salami (approx. 10 slices)
• 125 g prosciutto cotto ham (approx 4 slices)
• 100 g prosciutto salami
• 6 slices provolone cheese
• 6 slices mozzarella cheese
• 6 pepperoncinis
• Black pepper (to taste)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• ½ red onion, thinly sliced
• ½ tsp Italian seasoning
• 3-4 tablespoons balsamic glaze
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 large crusty bread
• 1/2 of an iceberg lettuce
Directions:
On a cutting board, combine all the cold cuts, chopped lettuce, pepperoncini, green olives, red onion, black pepper, Italian seasoning, olive oil, mayonnaise and balsamic glaze.
Using a large, sharp knife, carefully chop everything into smaller, bite sized pieces.
Slice the large crusty bread and layer the chopped mixture evenly inside.
Drizzle with extra black pepper and balsamic glaze.
Close the bread, slice into even portions and serve. Enjoy!
