Serves: 6-8

​Prep time: 10 Minutes

Bake time: 1 Hour and 45 Minutes


Ingredients


  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (300mls)

  • 1 can evaporated milk (354mls)

  • 2 cups milk (I used 2%)

  • 9 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • caramelized sugar


Directions:

  1. Make a caramelized sugar for the base of the flan and pour it into a bundt pan.


  2. In a blender, add the eggs, sugar, milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, vanilla extract. Blend for 1 minute until it is all incorporated.

    Tip: If your blender is smaller then 9 cups, split in half to blend!


  3. Pour the mixture over a spatula into the bundt pan for this will not disturb the caramelized sugar. To make a bain-marie, fill a large deep dish pan with 1 inch of warm water. Then, cover the bundt pan with aluminum foil and place it in a bain-marie.


  4. Preheat the oven to 350F and bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove it from the warm water and take off the aluminum foil. Leave it at room temperature for 3 hours, then place it in the fridge for 4 hours to allow it to cool completely.


  5. Flip onto a serving dish and Enjoy!
