Ingredients


  • 2 slices of bread

  • 1 egg

  • Cooked bacon

  • Mozzarella sliced cheese

  • Tomato


Directions:


  1. Use a wine glass or round cutter to form a hole in the center of the bread slice.


  2. On a frying pan over medium heat, add butter and let it melt. Place both slices of bread on the frying and crack an egg into the hole of the bread.


  3. Cook until the egg is set and the bread is golden brown on the bottom. Flip both slices and cook the other side until golden. Remove from the pan once both sides are toasted.


  4. On the plate, assemble the breakfast sandwich: layer bacon, mozzarella cheese and sliced tomatoes.


  5. Close the sandwich, slice and enjoy!
